Three Months Old!!!

Just some cute pics of Graham. Three months have flown by! Graham is such a great baby, always happy (unless of course he is hungry). He likes his yummies!

Grandmother Baird's 90th Birthday Party

Grandmother was really surprised at her party! We had a lot of fun and it was so great to get to visit with all of Jeremy's Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins that we don't get to see very often. Grandmother about to blow out her candles:)

Per spiiider

We have a new pet named Charlotte. She has made her home in one of our screens in the kitchen window. Asher has been really into her, we watched her build her web and everything (a good science lesson.) She is pretty big so I like to "admire" her from afar. If she comes in she will get sprayed with Raid:) Asher has perfected his sp consonant blend by talking endlessly about the spiiii. He does not say the "der" for some reason. We have enjoyed Charlotte so much that Asher is going to be a spider for Halloween.

House pictures

Some friends have asked me to post some pictures of our new house so here they are. The boys rooms are upstairs but I haven't done much with them yet except put their furniture in. Graham is actually still sleeping in the cradle in our room.

Asher's first day of school

Asher started at his Mommy's Day Out this Tuesday. He goes Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30-11:30. On Tuesday, he did not cry when I left him but on Thursday, he did. It was so hard to leave him crying! All the mommy's were standing outside of the school crying and wondering if we should go back in and get our kids who are all crying inside. I am sure it will get better. When I went back to get him, he was fine playing, having a great time. He looked so cute with his little back pack on. What a BIG BOY!

He would not stand still for a picture. Imagine
that:)

Cousins

Graham and Anna are about the same size, and Anna is 7 months old! They are able to share diapers!

Zoo trip

Stacy and Anna came to visit for a long weekend while Jon is fishing with some college friends. We decided to go to the zoo today because it is supposed to rain for the rest of the weekend. The Little Rock Zoo takes a little adjustment if you are accustomed to the St. Louis Zoo but Stacy and I decided the smaller the zoo, the closer the animals:) Always looking on the bright side of things.
Asher insisted on drinking his chocolate milk
out of this really long straw.
Anna had so much fun! She is so cute!

The elephants...
Asher was so scared of the giraffe and i had to force him
to come and take the picture with me.
The lions were so close, Asher was growling at them:)

The silverback... He was really that close!

The allure of the laptop...

The allure of the laptop is almost too much for Asher to bear. Every time Jeremy or I have them out, he is begging to touch it and "push" the buttons. Today I let him look at the weekly Hobby Lobby flyer on line, with my glasses on. So studious! He is so funny because he touches the mouse and everything just like I do. I think he is ready for college:)

Hot Air Balloon landing on Epernay Circle

WOW! As Asher was getting ready for bed tonight a neighbor knocked on our door to tell us there was a hot air balloon right over the neighbor's house. What a surprise. Asher and I ran outside to watch and it landed right in the neighbors driveway! It turns out that a couple had gotten engaged in the hot air balloon and the driver of the balloon said they like to land it in our neighborhood because there are no power lines along the streets. What a perk to living here, I guess we can expect more landings in the future, maybe in our driveway next time:)
